Participants learn specific mindfulness and dance/movement tools that can be used to further social-emotional learning for the children they serve. Using Mindfulness and Dance/movement tools for social and emotional learning teaches self-regulation, which improves classroom management, children’s wellbeing and mental health fostering a culture of calm in the classroom.
